I’m always keen to support Spanish brands and entrepreneurs. In the past I have brought you some of my favourite Spanish children clothes brands, here and here. More recently I introduced you to La Zebra, a small business by a Spanish mum living in the UK.
Pepa & Co is one of those brands that have been on my radar of a couple of years. I initially came across them online and I was drawn to their super cute range for kids with a very Spanish style. Very different to the clothes you can find in the UK. Lately Pepa & Co have had a lot of press coverage thanks to the young royals wearing their clothes and more recently for creating the pageboys and flower girls outfits for Pippa Middleton’s wedding.
I’ve had a chance to interview Pepa Gonzalez recently to find out a bit more about her brand.
As a mother of two young children I´m always interested in discovering new clothing brands. I must say, I find it a bit difficult to find boy´s clothes that are not boring. I can´t understand why boy´s clothes can not be colourful and fun, just like girls clothes are. This is one of the reasons why I was really excited when I first came across La Zebra , they have cute, original clothes perfect for young kids and mums.
This is one of my favourite pictures of 2015 so far.
It was taken earlier in the year in my home town. My boys and daddy were the only people on the beach and I just love the atmospheric look of bit, love that you can really feel the coldness and mistiness of the day.
I took these pictures a couple of weeks ago, when we had a family meet up. The kids had a wonderful afternoon, they played with their cousins, enjoyed the sunshine, ran around in the park and generally loved the freedom of being in an open space.
This is my 5 year old fooling around with his brother’s Koala bear. He looks all grown up yet he is still so young.
This week I am linking up with the “Living Arrows” (Shutterflies). The aim is to take a picture that captures the beauty and magic of childhood in our eyes.
I asked my son to smile for the camera and this is what I got…. The face and the attitude of a teenager not of a 5 year old!
